Ice Skating Accidents

I've never been Ice Skating before, and January 14 (last Saturday), was my first time. We went to the Cotton Kings Game against Canada. I was there with my soccer team, well they are younger than me so they're not really my team, but I consider them to be. After the match they said we could skate. So the team got in line (a very long line). We did not wait in line that long though. When it was our turn to skate we were very excited. The team split up. I was skating with a very good friend of mine when we saw blood in the middle of the skating rink. I asked a teammate who got hurt and she said it was a teammate who got hurt. Me and my friend went to go and see what happened, the hurt teammate was outside the skating rink. When we got there she was crying and her finger was bleeding badly. When she had fell, someone was behind her and could not stop in time, she skated over her finger. The blade of the skates cut through her nail and through her skin, but did not reach the bone, it came close to though. Her nail was cut in half. Then no longer than a minute after me and my friend saw her, my friend's little sister came in bleeding worse. Her dad was holding a bleeding hand. She got cut on two fingers. She was skating with her dad. When she fell she put her right hand in front of his skates, he thought he had stopped in time, but skated over her fingers too. He thought he had cut off her fingers. She got cut on her skin. She is pretty young probably like 7 or 8 possibly 9. She was crying too. My friend looked shocked. She was looking helplessly at her younger sister. I fell twice but didn't get cut and there was people all around me.It was just bad luck, messed up timing. The next morning my dad called both of them. The one who got cut on the nail was doing fine and she has to have a lot of bandages on her finger and would have to wait until her her cut half nail fell off. The other one had a splint and was doing fine on the account of she had already played a soccer game. They will both be fine. I've taken up a lot of time writing this and it's time for me to leave the computer. Bye all you Bloggers!

Braces

I forgot to tell you Bloggers that last Thursday I got Braces!!!! I'm not very fond of them. They make my lips chap and I've got cuts all over my mouth. Not to mention how hard it is to chew or how much my teeth that are moving hurt. Well in the end my teeth will be straight, I hope it pays off. If any of you Bloggers are getting braces, enjoy the time you have now without any pain, 'cause when you get 'em, they will hurt, but that was only the first three or four days you have them on, after the third or fourth day you'll get used to them like I have now. I have had them for a week and they don't hurt any more. It took me a four days with braces until I could chew. Now I can chew, the first three days my mom had to grind up my noodles so I would be able to eat them. NOTE: Grinded up noodles are VERY nasty, I wouldn't recommend it, just try your best with plain-NOT-Grinded-up noodles. See Ya!

Junior HIgh Fears?

Well just another school day with soccer practice after. I'm Listening to Hilary Duff-Most Wanted and since my room is dirty I plan on cleaning it. At school My social studies teacher gave us a big lecture about how hard junior high will be next year if we don't start paying attention in class and turning in our Homework. I'm not worried I'm smart and I always do what I'm supposed to in school.See Ya Bloggers!
